DETAILS
The entire frame includes a flat box cube section that is seamless with Air Compression Chambers integrated within providing a clean design with all features within the mix carefully crafted safely meeting safety concerns & standards with dampening impact foam inserts between box cubes snapped into place using pressure - resistance for impact & movement so the entire section can flex contracting + expanding on the frame effectively
Center Section
A strong frame with two long sections with a 360 degree horizontal - vertical difference then the center tray extending outward with an X pattern for strength - weight with hollow sections while the box-cube sliders & snap in pressure - resistence sections are place ontop
The frame in the center section does not flex forward to back yet has light flex characteristics on the tray ends yet is incredibly strong as to void cracking - fracturing or warping downward towards either side effectively through the slider design which pulls in on the two main frame points going forward to back of the frame design
Light weight with high strength to weight ratio meeting race & weight distribution standards in all models
Front Section
The center tray frame with two long sections with a 360 degree horizontal - vertical difference extends half way into the front section with a slight curve then the center tray extending outward with an X pattern for strength - weight with hollow sections while the box-cube sliders & snap in pressure - resistence sections are place ontop
The front frame & tray includes a bumper section with a micro-suspension system that allows the front & bumper to flex upward on impact
Rear Section
The center tray frame with two long sections with a 360 degree horizontal - vertical difference extends half way into the rear section with a slight curve then the center tray extending outward with an X pattern for strength - weight with hollow sections while the box-cube sliders & snap in pressure - resistence sections are place ontop
The front frame & tray includes a bumper section with a micro-suspension system that allows the front & bumper to flex upward on impact
Exterior Body attachment Sliders
Sliders the base of the body that is attached at mounting points slides ontop then locks using pressure - resistance sections sliding on from the rear & front separate from the center cab section then cab roof which slide on before the rear or front section effectively then lock into place
Exterior Body reinforcement
Foam attached with X bars holding different foam densities into place for safety & noise cancelling properties meeting strength to weight ratio in the design
The Foam sections can be removed effectively to adjust change to the paint or skin in design & cor then the mirror - projector effect
Hood + Trunk Attachment
The hood is a connected section to the front body area that can be disconnected separately in some designs otherwise it is one fused peice as is the trunk allowing the front & rear sections to slide outward or upward to access storage - cargo sections
Interior Cab - Safety Features + Climate Control Options
DESIGNER & INNOVATOR
Designed & innovated by Dr Nic Bennett - Sydney Nicola Bennett using different open source & internal copyright, patent & trademarked designs held by Dr Nic Bennett - Sydney Nicola Bennett & CIG
PROCESS & R&D TESTING
Prototyping Process of Dr Nic Bennett - Sydney Nicola Bennett
Design to R&D then testing & evaluation
Changes & concerns analyized
Alternative designs tested
Materials used are then repurposed & remanufactured voiding waste in other projects or new prototypes & concepts or ideas
